A useful Total Battle routine when you only have 15 minutes

Decide what this session is for

Fifteen minutes is a suggested planning window, not a promise that every activity will finish in that time. Pick one useful result: maintain production, prepare an upgrade, complete a Crypt goal or join a scheduled clan action.

The routine below is deliberately flexible. An event deadline or clan commitment can change the order. You do not need to turn every login into a full checklist.

First three minutes: inspect deadlines

Check clan messages, current events and any rewards or troop timers that need attention. Claim rewards you have already earned where appropriate. Look at recovery deadlines before starting another battle, and check whether a temporary army will expire before your next planned session.

Use the calendar to plan ahead, but confirm event timing in-game. The calendar's timezone selector helps with local time; its dates are estimates.

Next four minutes: prepare useful queues

Inspect construction, research and training. Queue something that supports your next goal and fits the resources you can spare. A long unattended period may suit a longer action better than several short actions you cannot return to finish.

Use the right Captain loadout, check the final timer and verify that the relevant Captain is active. For training, inspect Food balance and Silver cost before committing. An idle queue is not a reason to recruit an army you cannot afford to maintain or replace.

If an upgrade is the priority, work through the Guardsmen checklist over several sessions. One completed prerequisite can be a useful day's progress.

Spend five minutes on one activity

Choose one task that fits the time available rather than opening several commitments at once.

• Exploration: prepare Carter and work towards a specific Crypt reward.
• Combat: make one affordable test, then read the result before repeating it.
• Preparation: organise the resources and loadout for the next clan event.
• Gathering: choose a suitable target and check the march before sending it.

Travel, combat and exploration may exceed this suggested window. If the activity needs your attention later and you cannot return, choose preparation instead. Do not spend speedups solely to force an optional task into the session.

Last three minutes: leave deliberately

Check outstanding marches, any recovery action you intend to take and the next time-sensitive commitment. Return to your intended home setup after changing equipment or active Captains.

Write one short note for the next session: the next upgrade, resource gap or event time. That prevents tomorrow's login from starting with the same planning work again.

A five-minute fallback

On a busy day, limit the visit to urgent deadlines, one useful queue and a safety check. Skip discretionary combat if you cannot review the report or handle recovery afterwards.

The aim is consistent progress within the time you have. Missing an optional task is usually a better outcome than beginning an expensive activity you cannot finish deliberately.
